1) Dispersant: it is a surfactant, its function is to improve the physical properties of the ink surface;
2) Conductivity: It is a measurement value indicating the ability of the material to transmit current. High conductivity is easy to corrode the print head;
3) pH value: the more acidic the solution, the lower the pH value. Conversely, the more alkaline the solution, the higher the pH. If the PH value is too high or too low, the printing quality will be affected. When the PH value is too low, the printing performance of acrylic resin will be affected; In order to prevent the ink from corroding the nozzle, the pH value should generally be between 7-12;
4) Surface tension: It will affect whether the ink can form ink droplets. If the surface tension is too high, the ink will not easily wet the nozzle, and it will easily cause the ink not to drop. If the surface tension is too small, the ink will easily drop directly, and the ink droplets will break and cannot form. Uniform and stable ink droplets, or during the printing process, ink droplets are prone to trailing phenomenon, resulting in a decrease in printing fineness. Good quality ink has low viscosity and high surface tension;
5) Viscosity: If the viscosity is too high, the fluidity of the ink will deteriorate, and the ink will block the nozzle, affecting the continuity of printing. At the same time, it is difficult to form round ink dots on the medium, resulting in blurred and rough imaging. Ink viscosity must be maintained within a certain range, if the viscosity is too high, the ink will clog the nozzle, if the viscosity is too low, the air will flow back into the nozzle, causing ink leakage.
