Chameleon Ink runs its own independent R&D lab, and it has exactly one focus: RISO ComColor ink. We don't manufacture for other brands, and we don't split our attention across other printer families. We price RISO ink on a quote basis rather than a fixed list price — coverage, cartridge count, and destination all move the number. That said, ordering with us is simpler than most wholesale suppliers in this category:

A single-piece MOQ is unusual for wholesale ink — most factories push you into a container-size order before they'll even quote. We keep it open so distributors can test a series before committing to volume, then step up to tiered wholesale pricing once you know it's a fit.

We've been in fine chemical manufacturing for 23 years, and RISO ComColor ink is the one product line our lab has spent that entire time refining. We're a nationally recognized high-tech enterprise in Guangdong, China. The formula is our own intellectual property, developed in-house — we don't license it out, and we don't run it through shared third-party production lines.

That focus is also why we're comfortable being tested against MOAH & MOSH — the EU's mineral-oil migration standard for food-contact printing — and against RoHS 2.0. Both are voluntary bars for a compatible-ink manufacturer to clear, and we clear them because the formula was built for it from the start, not retrofitted to pass a test.
